Blackhawk USA Tools

I am trying to get some good tools for my garage. I found a small set of Blackhawk USA Tools in a metal case. I assume these are a few years old.

I know that Blackhawk USA is gone I think Stanley owns Blackhawk now and I believe they are with MAC/Proto.

What is the quality of the older Blackhawk stuff? I assume if it is marked Blackhawk USA that is the older "blackhawk" stuff is this correct?

This is a great board. I now check this place out 1 or 2 a day.

I believe Stanley has owned the Blackhawk brand for some time now. I do not know when exactly Stanley started making the Blackhawk line in Taiwan. I have some older USA made Blackhawk tools that are very well made. This site has some of the early history of Blackhawk tools:

Older Backhawk tools are premium stuff, that includes their old floor jacks and other hydraulic equipment. Usually the old Blackhawk wrenches and sockets speak for themselves, you can feel and see the quality in the tools, although the plating is long gone! Get em when u can.
