Blackhawks Armstrong tools

Hi guys. New member. First post. I'm in New Zealand, and some U.S tools are quite rare down here. Have come across Blackhawk Proto, and Armstrong tools before, but recently acquired some older Blackhawk Armstrong spanners (wrenches). Thought they were two different companies. Can anyone enlighten me about these? Thanks!

As I understand Blackhawk and Armstrong are two completely different tool manufacturers. I have not seen Armstrong/Blackhawk tools.
