Rescued this from a scrap pile. I've cleaned it up and read about how it was used, but unable to determine who made it ,or where. Also, what the 3 1/2 signifies. Its weight is approximately 10.5 lbs. Just can't make the wording come out any clearer. Any thoughts appreciated.

On my last try using AI and photos they or, it, called it Fayette Plumb however I've lost confidence in believing it because for the last 4 nights it's identified the Flatter as coming from other various manufacturers.

I just googled “anchor tools hammer” and started looking thru the pictures, then did an eBay search to check the stamped marks.
Sometimes this doesn’t work, but usually it’s more reliable than many of the AIs.

We are usually much better than most AI programs, and we enjoy mocking their results. Seems like in my old tool searches, maybe 10% of AI results are useful or right.

Today I bought a Proto torque wrench that some program ID'd as a bike seat post, worth $10. You go girl.

I think the answer to my question about what the 3 1/2 stamped on the flatter stood for, was right in front of me.
