Never did any mail order with them. But go to the store more than I should. Been around along time and seem to have quality stuff. No complaints from me about them.

They are local (S. WI) and I have been a customer for almost 20 years - I would not hesitate to buy from them. Have you done a price check with Indiana Oxygen? I bought my Miller 211 with MVP from them - great price, no hassles and free shipping.

worked in the shop a few years back. dealing with them is better than wallyworld, not that that's saying much. they carry cheap **** from china at best as well as nice, name brand, often USA made stuff. About what you'd expect. More clean/yuppy than I prefer in a farm/utility store.

Hobarts are fine and (made by miller) but for that price, I'd check in to miller's for a little x-tra $, You will be happy you did.

I have a hobart buzz-box, it works fine, but I hardly ever use it

I bought 2 Fahrenheat 5000K heater from them at different times. They had the best price and shipping was only $9.95 and the used FedEx. Very fast shipping....... I'm also out of state from a Blain Store

Everyone else has pretty much said it all, but Blain's Farm and Fleet is a Midwestern chain. Mills Fleet Farm is another one that's almost identical. Can't go wrong ordering from them, although the most I've done is order for in store pickup. Never tried their full mail order portion.

not what that store used to be. They used to have ALOT more US made stuff. and products in general they don't carry any more that I now can't find anywhere any more.
my wife works for the local store and after 15 years, what they pay still *****.
and they hire management trainees from "outside" starting them at double what long time employees make, there is no hope for promotion from within, working there.
I find myself making excuses to go to either Big R or Rural King instead, as though they are farther away; they carry some of that now hard to find stuff that F&F used to

I bought my Gearwrench Tap and Die set from them last year and was very happy with my experience. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again.

I got a garage heater from them last year. No problems at all. I wish that I had a store nearby, I'd love to roam around in ther awhile.
