Blair Spot Weld Cutter Question

I've a got Blair Spot Weld Cutter that needs some new 3/8 cutters. The unit came with the single sided cutters that thread on the arbor. Do those double sided cutters fit a Blair 11096 unit?

This is the one I have. Are the double sided the same threading? Double ended are less expensive. Does Harbor Freight have replacement cutters? Are they worth a dang?

If you have a mac dealer in your area I would buy them from him. Mac will replace broken bits.
