starting a new build a 44 w by 33 deep 3 car garage with 3 10 ft doors

any comments on things I should do ahead of time starting construction around the end of march beginning of april. In the process of taking down very large oak trees probably around 3 hundred or more and waiting for permits (New Jersey) so need I say more

start watching for sales on Electrical panels, wire, outlets, lights, that kinda thing, plan your garage so you can start right away with the boring stuff ( drilling holes for wire ), are you building it? or contracting it out? whats the ground like? can you bury a ground grid while you have heavy equipment available or stuck pounding rods?

Grats on the new Garage / shop, remember we all want pictures so make sure you have a camera ready and set up a hosting site now while you have time because we will want updates and garage ****.

I took it as 300 trees. Must have a mile long driveway. If it is $300k it better come with a full time mechanic.
