I followed up on an ad on C/L last night, from a guy selling a few shop tools, including a "bead blast cabinet".
It turns out it's is a Trinco (Trinity Tool Co., made in USA), Master Model 36/BP, with dust collector.

I met him this morning at his shop, and this thing is in awesome condition, and included the dust collector, foot pedal, a box of media, air hoses, gun with extra nozzle, etc. All for $225.

Needless to say, I had it loaded and was headed home before 8:30am.

Suckus Maximus.

They take up a lot of room, but I'd be lost without mine.

I love old tools and machinery... my blast cabinet is one of the most used pieces of equipment in my shop.

You defienatly made out on that one. I bought the exact same setup, in worse condition, for $500 two months ago. You will be pleased with how it works.

Holy sheep sh*# ! Major score.

I got mine a few years back for $150... of course it didn't have the vacuum and it looked like it dropped out of a dog's ****. Had to buy new gloves, glass, rewire the light, and best of all... I had to sand blast my sand blast cabinet. Rapainted it and love it. BTW, I got some of the parts direct from Trinco, nice folks, fair prices and very responsive.

I also picked up a mini-me version; traded a buddy a welding helmet for it. It did come with a Trinco vacuum. Still need to do a little clean up, but it functions perfectly as-is.

That mini blaster is way cool. Perfect for small parts and tight spaces. I could probably use that for 75% of what I need a blast cabinet for.
