A couple questions:
1. I bought a used blast cabinet off Craigslist that looks EXACTLY like yours. Was yours originally red and it faded to that orange? I ask because mine is faded to a gold color but inside you can see it was red originally. I'm wondering if you know what brand yours is? I want to look up info online.

2. How is that axle attached to the legs? U bolts or something fancier? I was planning on welding on "feet" to the legs so I could bolt on wheels but yours looks good and is simpler.

Very nice idea! I have been just pulling the dust from my cabinet through a HEPA filter mounted in front of a cheap shop vac so essentially it's going through 2 filters. It's anyones guess how long the vac will last! The dust and sand I collect goes into my home made pressure blaster for one last rodeo before its done.

The cabinet is from Harbor Freight. When I bought it, I took it apart and sealed every seam with urethane. It was originally red, but faded from storing it outside. I think HF uses the cheapest paint on the planet. The Color Place spray paint that is 99 cents a can from Wal-Mart holds up better. I just welded the axle to the legs.
