Blast cabinet extension?

Anyone ever fab up and install there own metal blast cabinet extension for longer parts? TP Tools have one but it is plastic. Thinking about one 10" sguare and 3' long bolted to the side of the cabinet with a support leg? Thanks.

a friend of mine used to make them. they had the same profile as the cabinet and went on in place of the door. they were made form 16ga material
of course his were only 1 and 2 ft extensions
