Roger that. My extension was a little warped. Since I was doing it by myself I altered the instructions a bit.

1) Hold up extension and mark top holes. Drill 7/32" so the bolts will grab.
2) Pick most warped corner and press to cabinet. Mark and drill the hole.
3) Trace outline and mark the rest of the holes.
4) Cut opening, drill holes and apply foam tape.
5) Install extension and add sealer to inside seams.
6) Done

Thanks again for the pics PAToyota.

don't buy the harbor frieght model.. it ***** sH!T. Complete waste of money. it leaks, the hoses and hardware are **** and has no lighting provisions.

The easwood ones aren't too bad. Had one a while back and it worked well.. only problem is you have to put it together...

Thought I'd chime in and give my two cents. The HF models do leak a ton of blast particles, and it takes some effort to silicone the gaps. Too much work for me. I've heard of Barrel Blaster, not familiar with how they work IRL, so I can't speak to that. Clemco is a good choice. I ended up getting a Raptor Blaster cabinet about a year ago. Doesn't leak blast media like the cheaper models do, and reasonable price for the quality. I'd highly recommend going that route as opposed to DIY or lower-end offshore models.
