I have two of the plastic HF blast cabinets which I've had for 10+ yrs and am happy with. The problem is the nozzles for the gun. For yrs HF sold ceramic nozzles which were fine, but then they stopped making them. After that I bought them from Eastwood and of course they were 5X more expensive. Recently HF started carrying them again so I bought a pkg and when I went to use them, in typical Chinese "we don't know what QC is", they don't fit the gun anymore. Instead of .50" OD, they range from .51-.53.

So, the question is, do I buy a .53" drill bit and ream out the gun, and buy 10 bags of the HF tips while they stock them, or is there another source of these tips at a reasonable price that are actually .50" OD.
