Hi All. I have a nice old ZERO cabinet with original BNP siphon gun. It has been working well, but recently deteriorated quickly.. no media being draw. When through whole thing, checking for obstructions, moisture etc. its fine. blew out all lines. works if I put sand in the media feed tube and blow compressed air lightly to push it to gun..

I took the feed line off the gun, and felt the siphon.. it was very low suction at 90 PSI. Then took the gun apart, and noticed the rubber sleeve on the jet is all but gone. is this the cause of lack of siphon? I removed the rest, now it doesn't work at all. it will have a light siphon when I barely open the pressure valve, but at half or full, it actually BLOWS air into the media feed hose!

I guess I should conclude that the rubber sleeve is integral to the siphon effect working.. amiright?

Can I just replace the sleeve, or do I need a new jet? Fuel hose?? :) Part in question is #10

Internals will eventually fail due to friction with abrasive. I use carbide wherever I can and that helps. Look for wear. TP tools sells just the gun.

Yup, all that friction material slowly eats the gun and it pieces, sometimes you just gotta replace the worn bits.
