yep, i neede one:bounce:
heres what i started with. i didnt want to plug it in, and the motor was frozen.

the paint was dusty, and there was some rust on the bottom and sides.

heres where the fun starts. the cord was cut because it was shot, had another cord which will come into play. this is also when i took appart the motor and cleaned it up.

old wires are out, and new is in. shrink wrap, then it also got friction tape covering

well there it is!!!
my mom saw and said i should put it inside. yeah. . . nah. its going on my bench next to the fridge and microwave.:bounce:

Heh, funny. I was looking at all the pictures as they loaded, scrolling through them as it went. I thought 'Cool, a Waring Blender.' Then, when the pictures finished downloading, I scrolled back to the top, and sure enough, it IS a Waring Blender. Those fluted pitchers are a dead giveaway. Nice work. Keep it clean, it should last almost for ever.

question: is there any way to tell what year it was made? all the numbers on the bottom plate are crystal clear, so im just curious.
