Blind rivet gun

I am looking for a blind rivet (pneumatic or battery) that can handle 3/16" or 1/4" aluminum rivets, but the nose need to fit in an area about 1" x 2: with walls on 2 sides. The pieces being joined are each 1/8" thick.

Fall back would be stainless self tapping screws.

If you were closer, I have a bunch of blind rivet tools I used when I worked in aviation we could try. I'm not sure anything is going to be small enough to fit inside your dimensions however.

I’ve set hundreds of 1/4 rivets with my HF pneumatic over the years. Always worked flawlessly. Not sure about the nose length/diameter for your application, but would be close.

I have in the past used the mandrel from longer rivets in shorter rivets, and a spacer... to get into tight spots
actually I think I removed the mandrel on longer rivets & shortened them, then reinstall the mandrel
