Blistering under new epoxy by control joints

Hopefully someone can offer some suggestions on my 6 week old epoxy floor that just started blistering by the garage door where an old control joint was. I believe my problem maybe the way I filled it in. I used backer rod and legacy industrial joint filler over top. The problem is the end of the joint is still open in a way?? How do I remove the blisters and most importantly if I have water under there how do I get it out and prevent future water intrusion?

Any suggestions before I try squeeze these bubbles back down somehow?

Well I did pop open all the blisters and water did seep out, so I'm leaving the small holes in them for now and seeing if more water wicks it's way out before I try and patch them up.

Don't get in a hurry, watch it. Time is on your side for them to go away, or get larger. IF the water goes away and they just stay there can you leave them alone, can you live with that? Some people have to pick a pimple, I can let one go away when it comes to epoxy. Finish closing the joint with proper urethane caulk, and give it some time, you can always work on it a little later after you have more knowledge of their behavior.

Well I can wait for sure. I've relieved the water now I'll just wait and see what happens. What I need to do is really seal the control joint end that extends past the end of the floor because that's where I think the water was coming in from??
