So I'm looking for knowledgable opinions on how to resolve the issue of many, many blisters (for lack of a better term) in a polyurea top coat. The coating also contains areas with LOTS of trapped bubbles.
The floor was diamabrushed, primered, epoxy base + full broadcast chip then polyurea top coat. 1 day of waiting between coats for 4 working days to complete.
The floor is for a residential 3-car garage, ~550sq. ft, expecting to jack cars up on, etc.

Typical blister. You can scrape off the top to reveal the chips beneath.
Encapsulated bubbles, usually areas 2-3 sq. ft.
Blisters marked with painter's tape.
