Block or Concrete Form foundation?

Builder I chose is telling me he is using concrete form...others quoted me block.

Which is the way to go?

Concrete block probably cheaper, you still need a footing. Depends where you are. How deep will the frost level be? Larry

well cinder block is cheaper and goes up faster than poured concrete, for a garage or house addition definitely do block. But if your doing a whole house i would do poured.
