On my recently poured floor that has been treated with a sprayed on curing agent, I'm about to place a two foot concrete block knee wall around the perimeter as the slab is below grade on three sides. Considering cured/sealed floors need to be treated before epoxy application to ensure proper adhesion,
I'm wondering if I need to remove the sealer before placing block?
I'm using vertical rebar every 2'.
Will the curing/sealer agent interfere with the mortar bond?
Any thoughts...
