Blow in or **** out??? Fan direction

insulated ceiling - Mild NW climate but buildings do get fairly hot. NO AC

Do you blow air in from fans mounted at the peaks.....or **** hot air out?

Typically, you'd blow the air out through the gable fan, and open your garage doors a foot or so so that the cool air enters through the doors at floor level, and the heat and fumes escape out the gable fan. The handful of shops I've worked had the fans set up that way.
