So is there any where repair parts can be bought for Blue Point air tools other than Snap On ? I've had this 3/8 impact for at least 25 yrs, it still ran but had little power. I was cleaning up tools yesterday and saw a repair kit for it in my tool box that I've had for at least 20yrs. So I tore the impact down and proceeded with cleaning everything up, that's when I noticed the rear cover gasket in the kit I had was not the right one. The repair kit I have says its for a AT325-B. The vanes & O-rings look the same. I took the bearings out and they are marginal so I got the number off of them and order new one's online for $7.99 each, Snap On wanted $33.00 each for them. b
Biggest thing I still need is the rear cover gasket & the O-ring & retainer ring that holds the socket on. I tried the Snap On web site and every part for the AT325 A was on backorder.
I ended up sanding the case down and got all the dings & scratches out and started polishing it, looks pretty good so far.

Looks really good.

Seems like the items you need could be cut from gasket material and purchased (o-ring, lock ring) by size cheaper than from SO.

I can cut the gasket if I have to, can also get the O-rings locally. Guess the hardest thing to find is going to be the retaining ring for the socket.

Well I got the new bearings, o-ring's and the just clips kit yesterday. Now the real problem I had forgotten about. My son had taken it apart 4-5yrs ago and lost the plunger that goes from the trigger to the throttle valve. I checked Snap On website and it shows all the parts for this impact are Back Ordered or out of stock.

So if anyone has one of these laying around and wants to sell it for part's I'm very interested. This is an AT-325A, the AT-325 B & C look to be totally different in the schematics so I don't think any of the parts from one of them will work.
