Blue point AT560 impact

I've had this impact for several years, and never once had a problem. Of course yesterday it pooed the bed. I don't have any trigger response, and the impact turns slowly without the trigger being pulled. I used impacts for years, but never had to repair one, so I'm a little lost about where to start. I have 110lbs of air pressure. The inlet screen is clear. Any info would be helpful. Thanks for looking.

Could be something as simple as gummed up vanes sticking in the rotor and letting air past. Need to open it up and see what's going on inside.

Parts are no longer available according the the Snap-on site (and no longer available through Powertoolrepairohio), but they do have the parts breakdown diagram, which might help with teardown.

Well first, you've got inlet valve problems, that's why it's turning without your finger on the trigger. Take the inlet valve out by turning the nut looking thing that you screw your air fitting into counter-clockwise, then use your pinky finger and pull the spring out, the valve will most likely come with it, and see what's going on there. The spring could be broken too. Also the trigger could be over the top of or off to the side of the inlet valve tip. The seal can be turned over sometimes (unless it has split in the middle) on those when it's gone bad and leaking and usually works. I get those out with a long bolt that fits inside the hole of the seal, the threads will grab it if you cram it to the side while you pull out on it.

Also, you can get an AC Delco ANI404 new on ebay for 85 bucks, it's the same wrench.

It's listed, but there are maybe 7 parts out of 52 available.

No, zero on hand means they are out of stock and will ship as soon as they get the parts. I have ordered many times from them and many of the parts have been "zero on hand". They will state if the part is no longer available, or they will not show the part on the list.

Parts came in last night, and it's back up and running today. Believe it or not, snap on was cheaper than anyone

You're welcome. Yes, Snap-on is cheaper for their own parts vs. power tool repair ohio. Problem with them is their website *****, if you don't know the numbers for parts you have to contact them for parts on a lot of stuff. They have it, although it'll tell you on the web no parts available for a lot of their power tools. It was very good before they changed it. What did it end up needing?
