Blue point die setter bar, OEM?

I used one of these today removing a wheel seal and it worked slicker then bug snot. Problem is it's currently unavailable from Snap-on.com.
Does anyone know the OEM for these?

Looks like I found it,

Ran an ebay search with that part number, and it came up as a "Lansing Forge" brand tool.
