The snap on style has thee ability to be used with a ratchet or a wrench but they are also bulkier than the blue points. I have used the blue points and like then but I don't own them.

Anyway my dealer has a great deal on the snap on set but I just don't know if they work as great as the blue points. Has anyone had any experiences to help me decide weather or not to buy the snap on set?

Are you talking about the stubby spiral type set everyone sells but snap ons have the square drive for the ratchet? If so yes I like the snap on for that reason the square drive they have held up better than the Mac set I have

Yes that set, blue point sells a twist/flute set that's shaped like a regular socket though.
