Blue point ratchet

Had a quick look at a few ratchets and the blue bounty ratchets and breaker bars look identical to the jh Williams Taiwanese ones with the handle with the grooves. Can anyone clarify this

Williams is one of Snap-on's industrial brands so it is only natural that low cost alternatives of Williams and Snap-on comes from the same place.

Yes, many of the Blue Point and imported Williams tools are identical. But the Williams version are generally quite a bit cheaper.
