Hi Beernut,

They look to be pilot reamers made for engine work or production use. The two sizes, .441 and .468, are the decimal diameters of the cutting flutes. The pilot end should be slightly smaller than the flute dia. The pilot follows a pre-machined hole in steel or cast iron to enlarge or "size" the hole.
