Blue point tools warranty

I have a 3/8 Blue Point extension and the ball is stuck in. Blue Point tools are supposed to be guaranteed for life. I am not a tool truck customer. How would I go about getting this warrantied? Thanks

Call or email Snap on corporate and see if they are willing to help you. I've gotten a few Snap on items warrantied through them before I had my own Snap on guy.

Not sure where you're located, but if you're un the US:
"Call our toll free number at 877-762-7664, Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Central Time"

They'll set up a warranty replacement. Sometimes you'll just get the tool sent to you. Sometimes they'll email you a pre-paid shipping label you print to send the tool back before they replace it.

I have always called. They are great to work with. Aside from the CRAZY original pricing they are a great company to work with.
