I'm not sure of the exact application ,but it is a drain plug tool.

I am going to go with Drain Plug removing tool!

The sizes are right, and the it would protect you from hot oil.

Just a guess though. And possibly what the first two characters in the code mean. Sometimes there is logic there.

I just happened to be cruising around on the Zephyr website and noticed, this thing looked familiar!!!! Looks like the mystery has been solved!!!! :)
