Yes, it has replacable blades. It is clear anodized aluminum rather than painted.

Any idea of the part # for the blades? I was just lookin on SO site and cant find the blades anywhere. SO's site is weird though.

There is a part number on the blade RKB-143. The blade looks like it was used maybe once so no need for a new one anytime soon.
