Hopefully this helps someone else out..
I’ve had this butane soldering iron for well over 25 years and used it extensively but the tip gave up about 10 years ago and the SO man wanted as much for a tip as the iron cost so it’s been sitting in the drawer.
Today I stumbled across the correct replacement tips on Amazon: ASIN B006485Q10. They have a variety of sizes and types T-1 and up.
These are labelled as “Weller Portasol” and sell for a more reasonable 30ish bucks on Amazon. I’ve seen other portasol tips but they were not the same.
