Hi Everyone,
I am a blueberry and timber farmer from Leaburg, Oregon just east of Eugene. I am finally building my dream garage. It will be a detached 60 x 30 two story building overlooking our blueberry fields.
I have been hesitant to start a build thread as we finalized the plans in November of 2017 but did not get permits until the end of July 2018. Lots of starts and stops. But as of today, we have the foundation in and the slab will be poured next week so hopefully it is full steam ahead!
Hobbies include working on older cars: a couple of Willys Jeeps, a Porsche 914 that I put a V8 in and a '71 Jag XKE that needs a lot of TLC. In addition to the cars I enjoy flying model airplanes using FPV (first person video), I suppose you would call them drones but there is no one to spy on around here.
I also like to fly fish the local rivers and streams.
Anyway, this looks like a great group and I have lots of questions about which way to go with this build.
