I am a bit of an old tool collector and recently bought a box of tools that - among other things - contained a set of 9 "Bob Cat" wrenches that were apparently made by Hinsdale in the early 1930s. Alloy Artifacts has limited info on these wrenches. Anyone out there know much about them?

The tools each have the word Bob Cat with the face of a cat in beteen the words Bob and Cat.

Like this? These pics came from a CL ad, it might be the ones the OP bought.

I have some bobcat sockets never seen the wrenches though. Sockets don't have the cool logo just the word.

Maybe Harry Epstein could come up with a "Retro" deal for the 4th. Just a thought. :bounce:
