Here are a few pictures of our new garage. I went with a carport type building with the certifications and heavier gauge materials. The building is 24' x 35' which is what our zoning allows. Flat floor and a new 4 post hoist. Things yet to do are more insulation, better heating/cooling, a little more wiring but overall in good shape. 2 welders, air compressor and hoist are all wired in good shape. I have 4 more led shop lights to install.

mgbbob, are those 10x10 doors and 12' sidewall height? I am waiting on the installation of a 24x40 (that looks like it may be the same manufacturer). Bill C

Yes on the doors and sidewalls. I used Carolina Carports and was very happy with the product and installation. I went with the roll up doors and and first didn't like the fact that there is not a good way to insulate but I think the doors are growing on me. The doors work great. I would recommend adding the weather stripping kit. If not there is a pretty good gap at the top when the doors are closed. Other than that the install was great. I had the slab ready and start to finish in a day and a half. The guys work hard. I love the 10' wide doors. Really easy to swing in off the alley.
