Body Filler Question

My friend & I were going to try to fix a dent on his 89 Camry. I was looking to buy some body filler but I am confused as to which one to get. Anybody have any opinions on which of these would work best?

I use Rage Gold. I would make sure you pull or dolly out as much of the dent as possible before you use any filler.

That's all I use also.

Rage is the best, but no fillers should be used to fill a dent. Do whatever you have to to get the dent as straight as possible before you use a filler, and only a skim coat.
