not sure about the extractors but the left handed bits are a must. they do not always work but they often do and it makes a bad situation solved in a hurry.

Maybe I am a clueless wonder but I am not finding anything about this company on google! Is "rigid" a brand name of a particular parent company.... I'm still coming up blank so far.... the fact that it is "bluepoint" would lend me to believe it is a 3rd party OEM tool and not Snap-On in house.... a fellow tech has the same exact set down to the identical case and everything.... I think he got his from Matco... still searching!

if you can get to the head of the bolt. then i use irwin bolt removers

these http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/IRWIN-10-Pce-Bolt-Grip-Nut-Remover-Expansion-Twin-Set_W0QQitemZ290356608079QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_Hand_Tools_Equipment?hash=item439a9a3c4f

or if its snapped flush or lower and has to be drilled then i use these:

http://buy1.snapon.com/catalog/item.asp?P65=&tool=all&item_ID=10516&group_ID=1258&store=uk&dir=catalog

i once borrowed one of these off a guy at work and was so impressed i bought a set as soon as the truck came around.

Looks like the same idea as the Rigid set. I have the Mac branded version. They've worked well for me. Just used them a couple days ago to remove an old recessed allen head bolt that someone stripped out. Got it out no problem.
