Just curious has anyone bought a bolt up metal kit? Local supplier that sales weld up metal kits also has a bolt up frame kit. It cost about 20% more. Just curious if anyone has one.

Are you talking about a metal shop building? If so, I bought one and put it up, no problems. Mine is 28x32. I actually bought mine used from the previous owner who had purchased it but never erected it. Everything was still strapped to pallets, so we just forklifted it onto my trailer. Even came with all the instructions and approved foundation plans. I got it for about 60% of list price.
