BON-E-CON 1/4 ratchet

I have a BON-E-CON 1/4 Ratchet ZV-701-H that needs a rebuild kit. Does anyone have one, or maybe a donor ratchet?

That sure looks like a Proto. Did you open it up and see if a Proto kit will work?

How would i know if a proto would work? Do you have a kit?

Take a few pics and measurement of the inner workings and I'm sure somebody would be able to tell you. Proto parts will be much easier to find.

Proto kits are available at a local dealer. If there's one near you, you could take it to them and see if the parts fit.

Here is a couple pics. I picked up a Proto 4749 it is close but won't work. It is 24 Tooth. The part on the back of the gear that sticks through the back of the ratchet head is too big. I guess i could put it on a lathe and turn it down just a bit. But i also lost the little ball. Measurements across the gear are .647", and the back of the gear is .403". Battery on the digital was dead so these are the best i could do with the old fashion caliper.

Well it was a good try. From the pictures it looks like it would work.
