Just got off the phone with them (Bonaire). I had to go tell people about it.
about 4 years ago I searched for a reasonable output 12v compressor under $150. Settled on the Bon Air DD12. It had the highest output I could find (over a CFM, will air up a 185/14 car tire in 90 seconds from 0-30 psi). They also sell this as a goodyear branded unit. Cheap import from china. I have used it to inflate my load range D 33s on my 3/4 ton truck, and my 42s on my 4x4 toy. I put this little pump through hell.
The valve stem depressor pin fell out of the air hose a few months ago. I checkout out the hose, no way to replace the end, and the quick disconnect is not standard (grrrr!). I have used it a few times since by just pulling the valve core and then inflating and putting the valve core back. It's a pain. I finally called them.
They answered with a human on the FIRST RING.
They asked for the model and the issue, and my address. Now a new air hose is in the mail. They didn't even ask how old it was. I would have been happy paying them for the hose, but they didn't ask.
A+ on customer service.
