Bond Beam / Slab - What's acceptable??

Hello Everyone.
I hope I'm posting this correctly?
I'm currently building a Quonset hut 20'x51'6'.
I seem to be having brain flatulence that won't stop. Not knowing the answer to this stupid question is causing me to second guess myself and not move forward even though I would never build this way. This simple configuration of whether or not when building and pouring garage foundation stem wall and slab in two stages vs. monolithic. When slab is poured, between foundation stem walls, after of course stem wall is dry and stripped of forms, is it acceptable for slab not tie into bond beam at garage automobile entrance? Is it acceptable not to pour slab immediately across the top of the bond beam, maybe have slab base filling the void between, say four, eight, sixteen inches between under side of slab and top of bond beam?
Help me get this insidious hypothetical scenario out or my brain.
I wanted to form and pour a monolithic foundation/slab.
Unfortunately I cannot being that current location has a slight or gentle downslope. Approximately 40" difference in 51', end of hut to other.
So, my obvious choice is to form and pour foundation first, and slab another day.
Of all the garages I've formed and poured have always been on flat ground. I've always poured in two pours.
When I've poured foundation first, I've always managed to pour bond beam at the automotive door area at my planned height of the underside of the upcoming slab pour. I've always managed to stub up rebar up and out from bond beam pour to tie into slab.
