Bone creeper customer service positive

After several yrs of daily usage, I must have dropped my creeper to the floor from standing, and broke a caster. Got online, ordered a replacement, and was sent a free one on warranty within 3 days.
That same creeper has had the deck replaced once (a coworker drove a 16000# truck over it) and we did have to pay for the deck. What I love about the Rough Rider creeper, is that it will actually work on the side of the road, in our gravel parking lot, and in debris on the floor.
The product works well for me, and the customer service has been great. AND it is made in the USA!

I miss my rough rider. I had casters replaced under warranty too. Great product, great service.

i have always wanted a bone creeper but purchased the big wheel snap on creeper instead just this last week a co worker pulled a bus up onto it and to our amazement it still rolls around like new just smashed the cushion a little
