Hello all!Just read Bulls invitation to introduce ourselves and greet newcomers.Never occurred to me to introduce myself before.LOL
I am located a little North of Montreal in a semi residential-rural area of Quebec Canada.I have been here for 15 years and am self employed building stuff for others for a living.I walk 47 steps to go to work and am living my dream.
I've been a member here for a little while and am striving to contribute to this great site in the areas of my expertise witch is fabrication.I am also glad to have found a place to show off my shops to people who can appreciate them for what they are.
Unfortunately I had already built my garages when I came across this place but I find the variety and quality of everyone's garages extremely inspiring and foresee many changes to mine because of what I see here.
So there I did it!

Welcome from Ct. Back in the 90's I use to make 5-6 trips snowmobiling up at St. Michele-des-saints. Real pretty (but cold) country up there. Anywhere near you?

It's a bit of a drive East of here I think about 2 hrs or so.At this latitude all the scenery is trees n more trees.:)and I find it pretty also.Your right it's cold as heck up here in the winter, must be the humidity or something. This winter though, all the snow is falling down south.I barely have 10'' on the ground.Sledding is better in New York than here.:wtf:It may come as a surprise to some but in summer it gets hot enough to have to use AC for a few weeks.

Welcome from Nebraska!! Originally from Boston and know Quebec rather well. Many trips to St. Jovite for the races. And, Grey Rocks...a super hotel!! Montreal is a wonderful city. Well, except for the "HAB' skaters. After all, I am from Boston!!
Please keep us updated on your projects...hot rods and customs.

I'm just down in Burlington VT, but make it up to Montreal all the time. Loved your threads so far!

Thank you Slowboat,Burlington is a nice place, I listen to 99.9 all the time.I'm happy you enjoyed so far.I figure it's better to share some of my experiences here, rather than let them rot in the bottom left drawer
of my desk.:bounce:
I have a good old friend of mine in Burlington who restores Slip Stream camper trailers there as a business. He does awesomely nice work.
