Bonney Matco question

Hi all, first time poster, though I've been reading on & off for a while now. I have a Bonney question:

I understand Bonney made Matco wrenches as well as John Deere, however did only Deere and the Bonney line itself get the Loc-Rite 12 point box end?

I've seen a few Matco 12pt wrenches with the box end looking like the Herbrand wrench I have. The Herbrand looks like a Bonney short pattern wrench (V-type open end, full polish) but with a more "standard" box end and not the full lobe like on the Deere and Bonney. Or was there another Matco version I've never seen?

Without having a camera available, compare e-bay auctions:

Am I just having a bad vision day or is there a box end difference?
