Last night was my birthday party. The girls helped clean all the furniture. I made some grilled veggies and brats (hotdogs for the kids) and the neighbor made chili and cornbread. Beers a plenty and fun was had. I set the bounce house up for all the kids. Just got finished cleaning up. Shewww.

Finished cleaning up from the party and then washed and loaded the tractor for hayrides at the church fall fest tonight.

It's been about 4 years since we completed the house, can't believe it! So it was time to drain and clean the pool. Little salt blast, acid wash and 4 water trucks later......back to sparkly clean 😁

How often do they recommend that for your pool? In my neck of the woods I havent seen any of my friends doing it to their salt water pools. Just curious.

This is a chlorine pool.

It's recommended about every 5 years unless your CYA acid level gets too high sooner. Once it gets to high it limits the effectiveness of the chlorine so you have to start increasing the amount of chemicals you use to get the same results. Eventually it could potentially render the choline ineffective if it gets enough out of balance. That's when you start to get uncontrollable algae growth etc etc.

The salt "sandblasting" is just to clean and remove the calcium line off the tiles and then the acid wash is to clean the pebble tech body. They shop vac up all the salt when they are done, it doesn't stay in the pool.

Other then the wood deck, why'd you switch out?. Is this one longer too?.

It's a 22ft (as opposed to a 20ft), has the steel deck (which wasn't readily available during "covid" when I bought the gold one and as you know wood in AZ *****) and comes with a tax write off 😂

I still have the gold one. It's promised to a friend.

Nice trailer. I noticed you have a T-474, I also have a T-474 open station with a FEL loaded rear tires. I was wondering the weight rating on your trailer. I have a 7000 lb GVW and it definitely cannot haul my tractor. I tried to put it on there one time and totally flattened the springs.

Both Diamond C's are 12k trailers.

The gold 20ft wood deck one weighs 2300, so cargo cap is at roughly 9,700.

The black 22ft steel deck one weighs 3k so cargo is at 9k.

WTH is that top machine. I assume it’s for harrowing, but do you really go that deep? Looks like it bottoms out around 6ft? And if so, I’d luv to know for what.

The families got a very impressive set up bud.

It's a tiling machine. Installs pipe in the ground for water table management, etc etc.

Yes they indeed do, no credit to me, I'm just an innocent bystander haha 😂
