Finally a tortilla that will wrap around the filling I put in there. Only problem is they are in AZ!
I like the look of those quesadillas

Jay

I've been doing all of our quesadillas on the grill lately. Super fast and they get little crispy edges. I can also do up to like 6/8 at a time rather than 1 at a time in a pan. So on busy nights it makes dinner really quick. The kids and wife don't complain so I think doing them on the grill is a win!

We are planning a big outdoor kitchen addition and I will be doing a huge built in flat griddle (think Blackstone but in the counter) and a super legit pizza oven, so dinners should get real good eventually haha. My wife wants big commercial style slushy makers so we can have margaritas by the pool, I'm not gonna complain and I'll figure it out haha.

Ok so I probably would have failed my osha training back in the day with this one but my radial arm saw wouldn't cut this in one pass so it is what it is. Clamped it to my grandpa's old ripped 2x4 cross cut sled, chugged a beer and fed her through.....

This board is 38" x 22". So for what it is, it's huge.

Old TV is out. Now I am working on some wire swaps as I got some new supporting equipment and some wall patching in the house.

I think the photo proportions are just deceiving. It's an 85" so it's pretty big, it's also just a big wall. We have 10ft ceilings.

I tried to tell the wife I was gonna get a 120" screen and a short throw but she wasn't having it.

It replaced a 65" so it's a good upgrade. I'm sure you will get the reference......I got it up and the first thing the kids asked was how big is"Bluey" going to be now hahaha

Bluey on an 85"....nice! The 10' ceilings definitely mask the size a bit..still gonna vote for a short throw projector but maybe that can be next year lol

Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family!

This might be a long shot but does anybody here have the ability to turn a .jpg or .pdf to a CAD file. I am trying to get some parts made and most of the companies I have found will only cut parts if it's already a CAD file.

If so let me know and I would be very grateful. It is an easy part, I just don't know how to do it.

Carolina's, is that a bakery? I'll have to look for that.
It is actually a restaurant. Depending on what part of the valley you are in, they have multiple locations. The original is at 12th st and Mohave, just west of the airport. There is one in Avondale, Peoria, Mesa and North Phoenix. They are all franchises of the original, and are a bit more expensive. Their food is awesome, though.

Since my wife's due date was yesterday and we are kind of just just waiting around for something to happen lol, we did things a little unorthodox this year. We didn't know if she would be in labor or not or really what was going to happen so we skipped butchering a turkey and just threw some pulled pork, brisket and pork belly in the smoker.

We did pulled pork and pork belly sandwiches, brisket, baked beans, cornbread, slaw, and mac n cheese.

Awesome, thanks! We are up near CaveCreek so I'll have to look for that North Phoenix one and check it out!!

What a terrible idea........any leftovers?
May take me awhile to get there 2,260 miles.

Hope the latest edition is healthy and arrives soon.

A little....not much, it seemed to be a hit. We will probably finish off most of it today for lunch.

Thank you ! We hope so too !
