Has anyone used this particular device in this link? I ran across it on Amazon. Looks like it would be a great shop tool for exploring hard to see areas on cars and other machinery. I can see using it while it is attached to a 32" monitor mounted on the shop wall, since it has a 32 foot long cable attached.

I have one. The sensor *****. I tried using it to see damage to a piston inside a bore and the image is so fuzzy it's next to useless. If the sensor was better grade it would be great, but it's just too cheap to be any good.

I got one to inspect plumbing/ septic tank. For what I needed it worked great! Sure its not hi-res, but hey, what do you want for $20!

The Chingrish description alone would make me leery, lol!

"lights can work better when the light very dark"

"the camera can catch sight in the shoot light environment"

LOL also at the box which says "Endoscope" - I guess you could make back the purchase price by doing discount back alley colonoscopies ;)

640x480 resolution would be great if you were using a 14 or 15 inch monitor. On a bigger screen it would be a small box and pixalated if you expand it. Which would make it useless.

You need to look at the focal range of the camera
anything farther or closer than it's specified range and the image is blurry as ****
