Just bought an old used Bosch 11205 hammer drill but have no manual or bits for it. Would anyone have any info on this tool? Label reads "1 1/8 Rotary Hammer" so does that mean I need 1 1/8 bit?
Plan on using the chisel bits for this if I can find the right ones. Appreciate the help.

It means it's rated for a max size if an 1-1/8" bit which is the largest you'll find in a SDS drive. Which BTW is what you need for bits.

Also I can't think of any SDS drives that Work as a chisel. The only ones I've ever owned or seen where the larger spline drives. But I guess they must make them since that drill has a impact only setting, interesting.

Thanks. First hammer drill.
If anyone has access to a manual for this I would appreciate it.

After a brief search, it appears this doesn't accept "sds"(sds+), but spline shank bits. There may be an adapter available though.

So, 3 types of bits for hammer drills: SDS, SDS max, and Spline?
And this 11205 only accepts spline bits?

I think you're right. After hopping on a real puter and not my phone, the tip doesn't look like a SDS drive. OP, does the receive have a horizontal slide bolt that locks in place. The other way of telling is the reciever have female splines or two detent balls?
