I have 1 2Ah battery and 3 4Ah batteries. Only have 1 each of the chargers. Can a 4Ah battery be charged correctly with the 2Ah battery charger?

I don’t believe there is any difference in the charger. Except that there may be some charger models that are quicker than others.

Model numbers of the chargers? Do a search on your charger model and check out the specs on Bosch's web site.

I use primarily all Bosch cordless tools/batteries/chargers. I do not own any 2 Ah batteries, only 4Ah and larger. The basic charger that came with a couple of 4 Ah kits is the GAL18V-40. Its specs say it will charge any Bosch 18V Li-ion battery. I also bought a couple of their newer 4 Ah batteries that use the 21700 Li-ion cells, rather than the older 18650 cells. One of the two kept reading "bad battery" at the end of the charge cycle on the GAL18V-40 charger, but it was not bad. I took it off the charger, and the battery's LEDs showed a full charge, and it worked just fine in a tool.

I upgraded my charger to a GAL18V-160C. No more "bad battery" notifications, it charges fast, and has LED indicators showing the state of charge as it is charging. I only use that one now.

I have the following chargers:

BC660 for apparently only the 1.3 Ah that came with my drill
GAL 18v-20 that I can't find the specs on. Came with a 2.0 battery.
GAL 18V-40

I found my GAL 18V-40 manual. It appears to be ok with 1Ah through 8Ah batteries. No mention of the 1.3Ah so I'll just use the BC660 charger for that one.

I retired my 2.0 charger. This cleans up my bench a little. :)

Does everyone leave the batteries on the chargers and charging until needed? I don't use mine daily. If fact, I haven't changed a battery on my drill or impact in over 3 months. Both still going strong.
