Not going to look up the differences myself, but this is a discontinued (or no longer the current) kit. The newer one is linked on the Amazon page.

Not a bad set per say, but it hit the market in 2012 @ $200+/-....
Newer version is a bit smaller but still not brushless @ $185. I like Bosch, as good or better as Milw or any others imo.
Amazon is showing I purchased that kit in 2011 for $94.97 with a $20 off $100+ Bosch promo. Still not a bad deal with current prices, and both those tools were still going strong last I used them.
I've transitioned to Milwaukee due to tool selection, but I think my Bosch stuff was higher quality overall.
probably 2 AH batteries, sitting in a warehouse for several years. The 25618 is a solid driver, but the new one is a 1/2" wrench anvil and driver in one. This one is better at tight spaces due to the retaining ring on the anvil on the other.
there was a model between the two, probably still a current item at Lowes, between those two (IDH181 I think?) I like the 25618 better.
If you are wanting to get set up with Bosch 18v stuff let me know, though I don't think I have a driver I could definitely get you a drill, batteries, etc.to start you off.
You're not that far from me so shipping wouldn't be fatal.

Brand name stuff doesn't just sit at Amazon for years, they are pretty good at moving inventory.
