Thanks for this. I just ordered one and it ran to $240 CDN all in. The best I can find domestically is $325 + taxes = ~ $365 CDN. I would have preferred the barrel version but at this price I won't complain.

I got one to compare against my JS470. I haven't had a chance to use it yet, but was disappointed by the fact there is cosmetic damage to the saw body from the plastic case. Idk if it was on the bottom of the pallet it's whole life with lots of weight on top of it. Packaging was just fine too.

Mine was the same - it was apparent the saw wasn't used but it had some cosmetic damage from the case that resembled light wear marks from someone placing it down on concrete or dragging it on concrete. Fairly minor but annoying.
