I've gotta say... being able to call a company, spend a couple minutes on hold, speak to an American, and get a resolution in under 5 minutes is unimaginable in this day and age.
Well... Bosch comes through!!!
Last week, my 1/2" impact driver went down. Did an online search for a repair center and came upon the Bosch Provantage service. Registered and made a phone call. Within 10 minutes, they had scheduled a replacement driver and it is set to be delivered any minute now.
Over the weekend, was working and one of my wireless batteries will not charge on its pad. Tried it on the 3 others I have with no luck.
Just called, and in 5 minutes, they have sent out a battery and I will have it by Wednesday. No need to send the old one back, just recycle it.
If you are a Bosch tool user, I highly recommend setting up your account, registering your tools, and your chargers.
