Bottle jacks have a pretty limited use. Won't fit under most cars, won't lift high enough for some trucks, and the small base is unstable.

A few years ago I bought an AC Delco 2.5 ton floor jack and two stand combo for 39.99 from O'Reillys. I finally broke the jack last year (completely my fault), and still use the stands.

The 59.99 HF aluminum racing jack is fantastic for small cars as well. Super light and easy to use.

10 inches of travel but I didn't see a list of locking point heights...assuming there are any?

Not my life. Go for it!

There are some things you should spend money on. Like things that are high stress of can kill you if they fail. Save the money elsewhere.

I'm not buying. Just surprised if never seen them before, is this an all new set up?

after jacking the front with floor Jack. place them under the front support points. Now Jack the back and you will find the tire touch the ground. Now is just a few pumps on these will lift off the front tires again perfectly.

If you drive up a piece of board you could do brake job one side at a time. Better and safer than scissor Jack.

That said I mostly bought them because we have a car that absolutely doesn't have Jack points other than the jack stand points.

There is a silver lock lever that snaps down at certain distances so it is not just the bottle Jack fluid holding it up.

I just love most of the responses here, Oh my God, something new. It will kill you if you use it

I personally think that it is kind of neat and solves several issues.

Adjustable starting height, Ratcheting safety lock
4 or 6K capacity....

I've seen these before, likely from a link on here. I think it's a neat idea, but probably limited uses. I currently have two low-sitting cars and a BOF SUV, so I don't see this being very useful. If we had a couple crossovers or something I'd consider it.

Nothing against it being new. The idea looks pretty cool.

I just question anything that inexpensive that I am going to rely on to hold 3,000 pounds above my body.

I've had the bigger version (3 ton each stand) for about 8 years. Don't use it very often. It's good in design but have a negative feature. When raised, the jack won't lower itself after the load is removed. When you lower the car till all 4 tires touch the floor, you can't just slide the jack away because the jack is still tightly pushing against the car. You have to use your hand to push down on the jack fairly hard to lower it before you can slide it out. I use it primarily as a jack stand after I raise my car with a floor jack. I only bought 1 such jack (sold by piece, not pair), so usually use my regular jack stands (which are a pair) than using this bottle jack. Good design concept but not good in real life usage.
